Beginner Coaching
This session is
designed specifically for people that are brand new to the sport of
triathlon! Firstly, welcome! The introductory session is a 2
hour individual lesson, with the aim of starting you off on the
right foot. The session costs $95 and is a semi-active
session, where we will go for a short ride and run. Dont
worry, this is NOT a test - it just allows us to develop a program
that is suitable for your individual level of fitness, as well as
show you some helpful tips and technique advice.
The session will
involve the following:

Meet & greet we want to get to know you, find out about
your fitness background, current training, goals with triathlons
and answering any questions you have.

Bike set up and basic technique
having a bike properly fitted to you is absolutely essential
to comfort and efficiency on the bike. Bring your bike
along so that we can help with your set up, give some basic
advice on technique, and go through some bike handling skills
and etiquette

Run we will go for a short jog and we will talk to you
about the approach to running in triathlons, given that it is
the final leg of triathlons and is often the area of most
concern for triathletes starting out. We will show you
some great techniques to incorporate into training.

1 month individual, personalised training program
there are a lot of generic programs out there, but this will
specifically target the areas you need to work on and will work
around your lifestyle, work, family and other commitments.
We really want triathlons to be enjoyable for you and to
complement your life, not seem overwhelming and unachievable!
Coaches will make themselves available to be contacted
via phone or email at any time throughout the month in case any
questions pop up! This will be particularly handy early on
when you are getting into training and finding out that there is
lots to learn!
