This training camp is based in Lorne, a 2 hour drive from Melbourne
&
located in the stunning surroundings of the Great Ocean Road. The
camp is aimed at all levels of athletes competing in
Melbourne Ironman, Torquay Half Ironman or Port Mac Ironman/ Half
Ironman. We have a
fantastic camp planned that will
cover all aspects of triathlon, from transition to nutrition to open
water swimming.

1 hour presentation -
open forum that will deal with nutrition, tapering,
how to mentally and physically approach race day, as well as
tips on how to put it all together on the day.

surfboard use, heaps of DVDs, plenty of shops and coffee spots;

Core stability and stretching sessions – these
sessions are really important to help maintain a good posture
and allow you to maximise efficiency when swimming, riding and
running.
