Sprint/Olympic Distance Training Camp

This training camp is based in Lorne, a 2 hour drive from Melbourne
&
located in the stunning surroundings of the Great Ocean Road.
The camp is aimed
at all levels of triathletes
training for sprint or OD training.
We have a fantastic camp planned that
will
cover all aspects of triathlon, from transition to nutrition to open
water swimming.

inclusive and absolutely packed full of value! Aside from the normal quality training and coaching, great food, and
heap of laughs we have at every camp, we are also excited to

Ravenswood Historic Homestead,
perfectly located in the heart of town. The
accommodation is share with 4 or 6 people per room;

1 hour presentation -
open forum that will deal with nutrition, tapering,
how to mentally and physically approach race day, as well as
tips on how to put it all together on the day.

Great location in Lorne & plenty to do in between sessions – free
surfboard use, heaps of DVDs, plenty of shops and coffee spots;

Core stability and stretching sessions – these
sessions are really important to help maintain a good posture
and allow you to maximise efficiency when swimming, riding and
running
